Invitation of Proposals

Pilot Scheme on Dental Services (Dental Scaling) for Civil Service Eligible Person (Second Round Invitation)

The Department of Health invites private dental organisations to submit proposal to provide dental scaling services to invited Civil Service Eligible Persons. The service period will be from 1 April 2025 to 31 July 2026. The applicant must fulfill all of the following requirements:

1. The Dental Organisation must be operating at least four (4) dental clinics in Hong Kong as at the Closing Date;
2. The Dental Organisation must comply with the requirements under section 12 of the Dentists Registration Ordinance (Cap. 156) as at the Closing Date; and
3. In the past twelve (12) months preceding the Closing Date, all clinical staff participating in PDS are free from
   1. any disciplinary record(s) with the Dental Council of Hong Kong and;
   2. any cases being processed that may lead to disciplinary proceedings;

Deadline for submission: 6th January 2025 at 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time).
