Families Clinics
The Department of Health provides general out-patient services for civil service eligible persons (CSEPs) through six Families Clinics. Booking methods are as follows.

Manual Telephone Booking System This system offers both same-day appointment and appointment for the next seven working days to service user. For the locations, time of operation and appointment booking numbers of the families clinics, please refer to the latter part of this website. If CSEPs are unable to attend the appointment, please call the respective clinic for cancellation. |

Automated Telephone Booking System (ATBS) This system offers appointment for the next 24 hours and appointment for the next seven working days to service user. You can make appointments through calling 3950 9600. CSEPs who have successfully made an appointment through the ATBS can make enquiries of or cancel the appointment through the system. |
The ATBS operates round-the-clock. |

Barrier Free Environment There is a designated Access Officer at each families clinic. You may contact Access Officer of respective clinic for the barrier free facilities and enquiry. For the contact information of the Access Officer of respective clinic, please refer to the latter part of this website. The Hong Kong Integrated Care Centre for Civil Service (the Centre) has officially commenced service on 29 September 2021. Suitable patients with diabetes mellitus will be referred by families clinics to attend periodic comprehensive diabetic complications assessment and receive individualised care plan in the Centre. Patients may approach families clinics for enquiry on the referral arrangement. Details of the Centre are as follows –
